Orders and Quotes

• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change based on market conditions
• We reserve the right to accept or decline any order
• Payment terms will be specified in individual agreements

Product Quality

We grade pallets according to industry standards. While we strive for accuracy, actual condition may vary slightly from grade descriptions. We stand behind our quality with appropriate guarantees as specified in individual transactions.

Delivery and Pickup

• Delivery and pickup times are estimates and not guarantees
• Access to delivery/pickup location must be provided
• Additional charges may apply for difficult access or special requirements

Liability

Chicago Pallet Recycling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or products.
